9U Rules

Game Start: 6:30pm
Game Length: 1 hour 40 mins
No new inning to start after noted time limits. (ie. game start at 6:30pm, no new inning after 8:10pm)
Baseline length: 50'
Plate to pitcher: 40'
Safety bag used at 1st base
Maximum 9 players on the field at a time
Maximum 5 runs per inning

All jerseys must be numbered

No open inning
Only 1 overthrow per play will be observed
1 Base per overthrow
Any throw back to the pitcher will end play
If a ball is knocked down by the Coach Pitcher to protect a player, first base is awarded to the batter.
Batters will receive only 5 pitches from pitching machine, regardless of balls, fouls or strikes
Batter advances from home on a hit ball only
Ball to be used: "official league" or similar with stitches and leather cover
No "T-balls" or rubber "training balls"
No bat regulations
Overage players - maximum of 1 year older (as of Jan 1st)
Overage players must be declared
Number of overage players must be less than 50% of your total team
